SIERRAGRES
ingub181_bSIERRAGRES starts as a result of a large family tradition working the clay for more than five generations.

Before 1950, the first productive processes incorporating the first lines of extrusion started to be industrialized, which significantly made the productive capacity of enterprises increase and reach wider markets. From that moment, new products with the most advanced technologies are made, but always within the area of structural ceramics (bricks, ceramic overhangs, thermoclay, large format bricks, etc.).

In 1990, the first researches on the clay in the north of the province of Córdoba began, researches culminating in the drafting of a stoneware factory to take advantage of this natural resource. The project was completed in 1997 with the formation of SIERRAGRES corporation, for the manufacture of floor and wall extruded stoneware.

The project has taken into account the latest technological advances and the purchase of more modern equipment for the manufacture of these products, with a clear objective: to achieve the highest quality in the market.

SIERRAGRES manufactures by the vertical extrusion process, also called Spaltplatten, which allows the use of thicknesses greater than 15 mm with times of more than 24 hours.These processes allow SIERRAGRES to obtain a high quality Klinker.

SIERRAGRES implements the integrale quality system ISO 9001:2000 with the aim of ensuring excellence in all its processes and the satisfaction of their customers.

SIERRAGRES, as a result of its environmental commitment, obtained certification ISO 14001 2004 that guarantee control of all impacts arising from their activity, it is also the first Company in the sector to achieve the Integrated Environmental Authorisation.
